Terms of Use

Welcome to SNAX ("SNAX," "we," "us," or "our"), a themed online dating and social discovery platform operated by Daquan Group, LLC. By accessing or using our website, mobile experience, or any related services (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility & Age Verification

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher) to create an account or use the Service. By using SNAX, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement, that you have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement, and that you are not barred from receiving services under applicable law.

We reserve the right to request government-issued identification at any time to verify age and identity, and to suspend or terminate accounts that cannot be verified.

2. Account Types

SNAX offers two primary account types:

  • Snack (Product) Accounts — men who list themselves as profiles on the vending shelf. Free to register. Verified Snack accounts receive 100 tokens each month, which reset on a rolling monthly cadence.
  • Shopper (Browser) Accounts — women and gay/bi men who browse the shelf and spend tokens to "vend" matches. Shopper accounts receive 50 starter tokens and may purchase additional tokens via subscription or à la carte refills.

A Snack account holder who wishes to also browse must upgrade to a paid Shopper subscription. Shoppers matched with a Snack may communicate via text, audio, and video only after a successful match event is recorded.

3. Tokens, Subscriptions & Billing

Tokens ("SNAX Coins") are virtual, non-monetary units used inside the Service to unlock matches, chat slots, and premium features. Tokens have no cash value, are non-transferable outside of the in-app gifting feature, and are final sale — non-refundable once granted, purchased, or spent, except where required by applicable law. Subscription plans may be refunded in full within 30 days of the charge; see Billing & Support for details.

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until cancelled. You may cancel at any time from your account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and previously charged fees are not refunded.

Payments are processed by our third-party payment processors (including CCBill and/or Stripe). By purchasing, you agree to the processor's terms and authorize recurring charges where applicable. Full billing terms, descriptors, and cancellation instructions are on our Billing & Support page.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Impersonate any person or misrepresent your identity, age, orientation, or affiliation.
  • Post or transmit any content that is unlawful, harassing, defamatory, hateful, or discriminatory.
  • Post child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or any content depicting minors in a sexual context. Zero tolerance — such content will be reported to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children and law enforcement.
  • Post non-consensual intimate imagery, "revenge porn," or content depicting a person without their consent.
  • Solicit payment for sexual services or engage in human trafficking. The Service is not a marketplace for commercial sex.
  • Scrape, harvest, or reverse-engineer the Service, or use bots, automation, or AI to generate profiles or messages.
  • Circumvent age gates, token limits, or verification checks.

5. User Content & Reels License

You retain ownership of the photos, videos ("reels"), quiz answers, bio text, and other content you submit ("User Content"). By submitting User Content, you grant SNAX a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable license to host, store, reproduce, adapt, transcode, and display your User Content for the purpose of operating, promoting, and improving the Service.

You represent that you own or have all necessary rights to the User Content you submit, including the rights of every person depicted, and that all individuals depicted are 18 or older. See our 18 U.S.C. § 2257 Notice for records-keeping information.

6. Verification, Personality Tests & Sensitive Data

The Service uses personality assessments (MBTI-style), emotional-intelligence prompts, and self-reported sexual orientation to compute compatibility. You provide this data voluntarily to power matching. You may delete your profile and this data at any time from account settings. See our Privacy Policy for details.

7. Tier Pricing for Snack Accounts

Snack profiles are assigned a "shelf score" based on self-reported education, career, and income, which determines the token cost to vend that profile (Shelf Pick, Premium, Top Shelf, or Luxury Reserve). This is a gamified pricing mechanic; it is not a judgment of a person's worth and is not shared publicly outside of the token-cost display.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for violation of these Terms, suspected fraud, unlawful conduct, or risk to other users. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately; certain provisions survive (Sections 3, 5, 9, 10, 11, 12).

9. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE MATCHES, RESPONSES, OR ANY PARTICULAR OUTCOME. WE DO NOT CONDUCT CRIMINAL BACKGROUND CHECKS ON USERS. YOU ARE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR YOUR INTERACTIONS AND ANY OFFLINE MEETINGS.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SNACK ATTACK AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR (B) $100 USD.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SNAX from any claim, loss, or expense (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your User Content, your use of the Service, or your violation of these Terms or any law.

12. Governing Law, Arbitration & Class-Action Waiver

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will be resolved by final, binding individual arbitration administered by JAMS under its Streamlined Arbitration Rules, seated in Orlando, Florida. YOU AND SNAX EACH WAIVE THE RIGHT TO A JURY TRIAL AND THE RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS ACTION. You may opt out of this arbitration clause by sending written notice to the address below within 30 days of first accepting these Terms.

13. DMCA / Copyright

If you believe content on the Service infringes your copyright, send a DMCA notice to our designated agent: Legal Department, Daquan Group, LLC, Orlando, FL, email support@hmmsnax.online. Notices must include the information required by 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3).

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced in-app or by email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
