Content Standards & § 2257 Notice

SNAX does not host sexually explicit content. SNAX is a dating platform operated by Daquan Group, LLC. Nudity, sexual acts, and sexually explicit imagery are prohibited on the platform and are removed when detected. Because no content on SNAX depicts actual or simulated sexually explicit conduct, the record-keeping requirements of 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and its implementing regulations at 28 C.F.R. Part 75 do not apply to content on this Service.
1. Content Standards
The following are not permitted in any photo, reel, profile field, or message on SNAX:
- Nudity, partial nudity intended to be sexual, or exposed genitalia
- Actual or simulated sexual acts, or content depicting sexually explicit conduct
- Solicitation of commercial sexual services or escorting
- Sexualized content involving anyone who is or appears to be under 18
- Violent, hateful, or harassing imagery
Profile photos and reels are screened automatically before a profile is placed on the shelf, and accounts that violate these standards are removed.
2. 18+ Only
Every user must confirm at signup that they are at least 18 years old, and every person depicted in content uploaded to SNAX must be 18 or older. Profiles placed on the shelf must additionally complete identity verification. Accounts that cannot satisfy these requirements are not published and are terminated.
3. If Ever Applicable — Custodian of Records
Should any content on the Service ever be deemed subject to 18 U.S.C. § 2257, and should SNAX be deemed a "producer" of such content under 28 C.F.R. § 75.1(c), the records required by that statute would be maintained by the designated Custodian of Records:

SNAX does not produce, direct, film, or photograph user-submitted content. The user submitting content is its producer and is responsible for any records required by law.
4. Reporting Violations
To report content that violates these standards, email support@hmmsnax.online or use our reporting page.
To report suspected child sexual abuse material or any content depicting a minor, email support@hmmsnax.online immediately. Such content is preserved and reported to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and appropriate law enforcement.
